So this is happening. My dream came true.

Hello everyone. This link will take you to my presentation for the Ontario Library Association launch of my book. Unbuttoned.  It will be a virtual event because of Covid. It will be today at 12- 12:30 Eastern Standard time. 

Those of you who have followed my blog will remember that this is something I wished would happen. I never held my breath. It is happening and I am so grateful.

I will give a reading of two of my short stories from the book which will be released into the world on May 15, 2022.

    Just watched you on YouTube! I would have left a comment, though I wasn’t quite prepared to create my own channel. LOL “Cows like their clover smoked!” What an awful experience with the cow in the water! Take care of yourself! I’m eager to see the book!

    Just attended your session at the OLA SuperConference and plan on purchasing your book for my mom. She and my dad farmed together for close to 55 years. I grew up on a farm so your stories are different but so familiar. There is no panicking in tough situations - you have to deal with the problem the best you can, and help out in any way you can. Thankfully the beauty of rural life (mostly) outweighs the hard times. I'm sorry about the loss of your cow and recognize the trauma that would cause. I'm going to hope that your presence provided some comfort to her.
